Our People    

Mark Slattery – Managing Director

After many years of managing businesses in retail, manufacturing and engineering decided to utilise his experiences and move into the service sector.

Mark founded Wheelcourt Ltd in November 2000 as he identified that a more personalised service within the cleaning sector could be achieved.

His previous experience had shown that working in isolation lead to a lack of communication and a high turnover of staff. Working closely with managers and cleaners and building up a family environment has lead to high retention levels within its workforce.

Jean Slattery – Director

Main responsibilities are looking after the one-off work such as builders cleans, spring cleans, floor maintenance.

Jean leads a team of dedicated staff who are fully trained to work in these environments.


David Needham – Operations Manager

David joined the company in May 2003 as an Area Supervisor looking after the Greater Manchester Area. Recently promoted to Operations Manager. David’s main roles are key accounts, recruitment/looking after all cleaning operatives, training and carrying out customer audits.

David who prior to joining Wheelcourt Ltd had 14 years working in the NHS, his main duties there were looking after and managing all cleaning and catering staff. As would be expected he has brought the same high standards and working ethics with him.

Jayne Reynolds – Office Manager

Jayne joined Wheelcourt in November 2003 as Office Administrator. Main responsibilities are payroll, general administration and customer sales.

Jayne joined the company having had several years previous experience in the cleaning industry and service sector.
